Vulnerability is a gift.

There’s a good chance that you’ve been taught vulnerability is a weakness or that feeling things deeply is a flaw rather than a strength. Maybe the words “you’re so sensitive” have been used as weapons against you. I want you to know that your intuition is a gift. Your sensitivity is something to protect in a world that tries to harden us, it is a door into empathy and compassion. I help folks that feel deeply navigate and cultivate these innate gifts.

Asking for support is an inherently vulnerable act. My clients are often excellent at taking care of others and maybe not so great at caring for themselves. Maybe you see yourself in that, maybe your second nature is over functioning and putting others before yourself. Perhaps those internalized ideas about what it means to ask for help have been standing in your way. I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to do this alone. Healing and growth are meant to be done in connection with others and I’m so honored to be in that space with you.
