FAQs
How often do I need to come to therapy?
In order to establish a working therapeutic relationship and make progress toward your treatment goals, I recommend beginning with weekly therapy. As we progress toward your goals, we can reassess frequency of appointments.
How much does therapy cost?
My rate for a 50-minute individual therapy session, for both teens and adults, is $175. I accept a limited number of sliding scale clients. Currently, all of my sliding scale spots are full. Low cost counseling resources can be found here.
Where are you located?
My office is located at 1007 MoPac Circle, Suite 202, Austin, TX 78746, off the MoPac frontage road. It is a small suite of three different offices, located on the second floor, tucked behind trees in an office park with ample parking. I offer in-person sessions on Mondays and virtual sessions Tuesday-Thursday.
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance. However, I am able to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company and asking about out of network benefits.
What is your availability?
I see clients Monday-Thursday. I have a limited number of evening spots available for teens and adults that are unable to be excused from school during the day and those with conflicting work schedules.
